While you’ve reflected on what aspects you’d like to leave behind in 2015 counteract it by writing down what you’ve achieved this year, it could be as little as not cancelling on plans to dominating projects at work.
What I want 2016 to look like?
We’re starting to leave 2015 behind and now steadily looking at 2016 so take the time to see what you would like to do and achieve in the New Year. It’s even a great idea to put reminders in your phone during the year so that you can keep hitting your goals.
What am I grateful for?
Our lives are are always busy and sometimes we forget what we are really thankful for. Take the time to write down what you’re grateful for, work, family, friends and extend your thanks to these people, it might just make their day.
Where do I want in my career this time next year?
Work is where we spend the majority of our time so it’s important that we happy and still growing in our role. Write a list of pros and cons and if the cons are longer than the pros it’s time to update your resume and get searching for jobs. If you like your job but want to be challenged, have a chat to your boss and see if there are more opportunities to grow in the business next year.
